Lost or Stolen Items:
Neta Gal Art is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Once your package has been picked up by the carrier, we are not held accountable for the events that take place after. Please contact shipping carrier to initiate a missing mail search request.
Return Policy
All sales are final and are ineligible for refunds or exchanges. If your item arrives bent or damaged due to carrier, please email us at netagalart@gmail.com and we will happily issue a reshipment of the original product.
